The proposal sets out plans for nine self-build and custom-build homes on a three-acre site in the village of Guilden Morden, offering future residents the opportunity to create bespoke, energy-efficient homes within a thoughtfully designed masterplan.

The development will respond to local character and design codes, with homes positioned to respect neighbouring properties and integrate sensitively into the rural village setting.
