Itziar is an Associate at Twelve Architects.

She studied in Spain and the US and has experience in all RIBA work stages and a variety of building types. Itziar is fluent in Spanish, French and English.

Itziar developed her Master Thesis in Battersea Power Station. She explored the conservation of redundant industrial buildings through prefabricated architecture and technology. She is passionate about design and sustainability and ensuring technology is fully utilised to enable sustainable architecture, embracing and respecting nature.

She has excellent design, construction detailing and project delivery skills and has led the final phase of construction of Twelve’s Bodmin Jail Hotel.
