A 60MW data centre situated on a 5.65 hectare site, between an industrial estate and residential district. Six 6MW data halls are accommodated at ground level, with a further four 6MW data halls located on the first floor. The data centre is carefully positioned to optimise functionally, future-proofing and security within a series of complex site constraints. The administration building forms the main frontage to the building, and a rooftop garden provides enhanced amenity space.
