Castlefield Viaduct wins Community Benefit category for the RICS North West Awards 2024

We are so excited to announce that Castlefield Viaduct has won the Community Benefit Project category for the RICS North West Awards 2024!

We are delighted to see this project getting the credit it deserves – especially in a category that recognises it’s impact on the local community.

The Viaduct has now been shortlisted for the RICS Awards Grand Final, which will take place later this year in October. Each project will compete at national level, with one of the national winning projects being awarded the Project of the Year. We can’t wait – roll on October!
