Riverside City

Riverside City creates a sustainable, and thriving residential community in Bintulu, which will be a new destination for people to live, visit and enjoy.

The masterplan creates a central park to the development that accommodates a range of recreation and leisure activities. Riverside will create 600 new homes with a range of villa, house and apartment types.

The central green space will not only provide an amenity for the people that live in Riverside but will also create a destination that will attract people to the area. With nature at the heart of the design, the park will also provide a biodiverse habitat within the development. Two rainwater attenuation ponds will create anchors at either end of the site, a feature for the wider regeneration of the area. Each plot is landscaped to the area’s natural topography, enhancing the unique, green characteristics of the overall development.
