Office 1b at Guildford Business Park receives planning approval

Our proposal to redevelop the existing Office 1B in Guildford Business Park has received planning approval!

Our design refurbishes and extends the existing building, offering a more efficient and flexible floor plate, additional office spaces and external terraces.

It improves the sustainability credentials of the building through new highly efficient MEP services, elements to increase biodiversity and the embodied energy savings from the re-use of the existing structure. The new external envelope will also improve thermal performance.
